Medical diagnosis, full-time caregiver status, solopreneur, neuro-spicy brain, and a nasty inner dialogue that berated me daily.

Building and running a business that only works when everything is calm and predictable, was a fantasy.

Because life isn’t calm and predictable.

And that negative inner voice began to get louder and louder.

Eventually I realized the loudest voice in my business wasn't my own.

It was years of criticism dressed up as self-protection.

I gave that voice a name.
