Katy Kaumeyer Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Katy Kaumeyer Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate information during signup

Use your real name and a valid email address

Have a PayPal account for payout processing

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application.

2. Commissions

Affiliates earn the following standard commissions unless otherwise stated:

40% on digital kits, planners, and templates

30% on evergreen courses

20% recurring on The Visionarium membership (as long as the customer remains active)

For bundle sales, special promotions, or limited-time events, commission percentages may vary and will be clearly stated.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate sales are tracked via your unique Go High Level affiliate link.
Please note:

Tracking is cookie-based

Cookies typically last 30 days unless indicated otherwise

A sale must occur while the tracking cookie is active

If multiple affiliates share links, the last click is credited

We cannot retroactively adjust commissions for links that were not used or tracking that cannot be verified.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via PayPal

Minimum payout threshold: $20

Payouts are processed for the previous month’s earnings

Refunds or chargebacks will be deducted from future payouts

Affiliates are responsible for providing the correct PayPal email for payments.

5. Affiliate Conduct Requirements

Affiliates must:

Promote Katy Kaumeyer products honestly

Share only accurate information

Respect copyright for all materials

Avoid misleading claims about income or results (“easy money,” “guaranteed income,” etc.)

Use only approved brand assets or create their own compliant content

Affiliates MUST NOT:

Spam (email, social media, DMs, comments, purchased lists)

Use ads that impersonate Katy Kaumeyer or the brand (no brand bidding)

Misrepresent your relationship with Katy Kaumeyer

Offer fake bonuses or incentives that violate FTC guidelines

Promote on adult, hateful, or inappropriate websites

Violation of conduct rules may result in removal from the Program.

6. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing affiliate status on all promotions.

Acceptable examples:

“This post contains affiliate links.”

“I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”

“As an affiliate of Katy Kaumeyer , I earn from qualifying purchases.”

Disclosure must be clear, visible, and placed BEFORE the link in posts, blogs, or emails.

7. Use of Katy Kaumeyer Materials

Affiliates may use:

Approved product descriptions

Swipe copy

Social graphics provided inside the Affiliate Resource Hub

Their own brand-aligned content, as long as it is accurate

Affiliates may NOT:

Copy entire sales pages or paid content

Repackage Katy Kaumeyer products

Claim ownership of Katy Kaumeyer assets or intellectual property

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove an affiliate from the Program for any reason, including:

Violation of Terms

Fraudulent activity

Abusive or inappropriate conduct

Misrepresentation of products

Chargeback abuse

Affiliates may also request removal at any time.

Any unpaid commissions below the payout threshold at termination will be forfeited.

9. Product & Program Changes

We may update:

Product pricing

Commission percentages

Program structure

Promotional calendars

Affiliate materials

You will always be notified of major changes via email.

10. Limitation of Liability

Katy Kaumeyer is not responsible for:

Lost commissions due to tracking errors

Incorrect PayPal information

Affiliate earnings expectations

Changes in products or pricing

Technical issues outside our control

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

11. Agreement

By checking the box and joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not register for or participate in the Program.
